RenTrain Editors St Paul Travelers has released a study of consumer fatalities, injuries and losses in the equipment rental industry. The study examines accidents involving rented items across 40 types of equipment and then ranks the most dangerous equipment in terms of severity of general liability losses for rental centers by types of equipment. The study marks the third such effort on the part of St. Paul Travelers. The top three categories for general liability loss were lifts and hoists, forklifts and trailers.
