Rental Policy
There is a 9% damage waiver charged on all rental equipment to cover you the customer for any accidental damage that may occur to the equipment while it is in your possession. This service charge applies to all rentals unless you decline at the time of rental. Please ask associate with any questions.
Rental charges are calculated from time out until time in with no allowance for travel time. One day rentals are considered 24 hours out with up to 8 operating hours. Rentals are to be paid at the time of rental unless otherwise authorized. Rental prices do not include fuel, damage waiver, or sales tax.
Delivery is available. Delivery charges are based on the location of the delivery address. Delivery does not include set up and take down.
All party rentals require a 25% deposit at the time of the reservation. If need to cancel you are required to give 30 days notice or your deposit will be forfeited. Delivery to many areas is free with a minimum order on party rentals. Event rates on party rentals are for up to 4 days, please call for a quote if needed for longer than 4 days. Unless noted otherwise rental rates do not include set up and take down. All items must be returned clean, in particular glassware, china, flatware and food service items. If items are not returned clean there will be a cleaning charge.
